  • First steps

    My first steps at Devoteam were very challenging as I started to work immediately with ServiceNow which I did not know at all at this time. So first day, first training and a couple of weeks later I was already implementing the solution with the help of colleagues across Devoteam Group.

  • Career milestones

    I've been working with ServiceNow for the last 3 years for various clients, going from small customisation and scripting tasks to complete implementation projects. In the meantime I had oportunities to work work more as a server engineer and more specifically with SCO and SCSM 2012. These were good experiences that allowed me to understand better my more recent automation challenges, which are Discovery and Orchestration implementations.

  • Everyday life

    Each day is quite different as I of course work for customers in several missions. But also as I'm dealing with presales demonstrations, providing trainings and help new colleagues to start their own experience with ServiceNow.
